Friends with Dignity

FwD's Newest Ambassador!

We are so excited to announce that Bec Rodriguez has officially joined Friends with Dignity as an Ambassador!

Many of you will remember Bec from our April Lunch with Friends, where she sat down for an inspiring In Conversation with Nicole Madgian

Bec opened up about her personal journey, her experience as a survivor of domestic violence, and how she has rebuilt her life with courage and resilience.

About Bec

Bec is best known for her incredible career as an Australian professional mixed martial artist and bare-knuckle boxer.

She has competed in the UFC and Invicta, and made history as the first-ever female World Champion in the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC).

Raised in Tasmania, she first turned to martial arts in her 20s as a way to regain her confidence and strength — a decision that launched a trailblazing career.

Today, she also co-hosts the Two Fly Girls podcast.
 Why FwD

As a survivor herself, Bec is passionate about using her platform to raise awareness of domestic violence and empower others to reclaim their health, safety, and dignity. We are honoured to have her as part of the Friends with Dignity family!
