Friends With Dignity Completes 50th Sanctuary for victim-victim-survivors of domestic violence

The 50th sanctuary for women and children leaving domestic violence situations is about to open.

The sanctuaries are set up entirely by volunteers working for a new national charity, Friends With Dignity Limited, which responds to urgent requests for assistance by furnishing houses and turning them into homes.

Friends dig deep to help domestic violence victims

A sausage sizzle at Bunnings raised $1500 for local charity Friends With Dignity, an organisation that helps domestic violence victims regardless of age, gender or sexuality.

A huge thank you to our friends MP Don Brown at Capalaba Bunnings with Friends with Dignity volunteers Annie Garner, Melanie Meredith, Leiza Johnson and Niki Rose for running the Sausage Sizzle!

Friends with Dignity isn’t possible without the support of our supporters and volunteers.
